Ordering and picking up your Clearance or Outlet items is simple! Clearance items purchased are available for pickup only at their designated clearance/outlet center. During checkout, you can pick a convenient pickup time so we can have your order ready. You’ll grab your items from the warehouse or Outlet location listed in your order details. Please try to pick up within 48 hours, as unclaimed items may go back on the floor after 72 hours.
Don’t forget to bring a photo ID, your order confirmation, and a vehicle or some help to safely bring your new finds home. For any questions regarding your order, please call your local clearance/outlet center.

Our Outlet/Clearance Centers offer CITY HOME products at reduced prices. These items may include discontinued pieces, overstock, floor models, samples, one of a kind, and Open Box items with minor damage that do not meet manufacturer standards to sell as new. All products are sold AS-IS at final markdown pricing.
Not always. Some items may be new but discontinued, others may be lightly used floor
models, and some may have cosmetic or structural damage that does not meet CITY HOME's
standard for full-price retail.
Closeout items are New Stock pieces being sold at Clearance prices. These items can be delivered or picked up at any warehouse location the same day or next day. We recommend immediate pick up as these are last chance items with no new orders arriving.
Clearance Items are open box sold AS-IS. Many pieces are opened new out of the box, while others come from showroom displays,sample merchandise, one of a kind,& scratch and dent.
Outlet items are New in stock items at Excellent Values.
Our Clearance/Outlet inventory changes daily. Because quantities are limited, we
recommend purchasing quickly if you see something you like.
Yes. Clearance/Outlet items are limited in stock and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
In rare cases of overselling, our team will notify you and issue a refund or assist you in finding a similar product.
Manufacturer warranties do not apply to Clearance items. All items are sold AS-IS with no additional coverage. Outlet & Closeout pieces do have limited warranties and CITY HOME’s In Home Service program can be purchased for peace of mind.

assembly.
Yes, most Clearance/Outlet purchases are eligible for financing options available through CITY HOME.
No, Clearance/Outlet items are already marked down and cannot be combined with other promotions or coupons.

Clearance/Outlet items may already include damage or imperfections. Please inspect your
item at pickup to confirm you are satisfied before leaving, as no returns or exchanges will be

Closeout and Outlet priced new stock can be delivered within CITY HOME's trading area
throughout Florida.
Pickup is available at the designated CITY HOME warehouse/Outlet location where the
piece is located. Pickup addresses and hours will be listed directly on the Clearance website
and included in your order details.
Orders are typically ready for pickup within an hour, as long as the pickup is scheduled during our posted business hours.
Yes, we highly encourage customers to pre-schedule their pickup time to allow our team proper time to prepare the order. During checkout, you’ll be able to choose from available pickup times.
With limited availability and space, we ask all orders to be picked up within 48 hours of the sale. Merchandise may be cancelled and put back on display after 72 hours.
